Don’t think too much, you’ll think your whole life away. Just stop, close your eyes and follow your heart. I guarantee you, it knows the way.
Aloha, my name’s Miriam, I’m 25 years old and the girl behind ‘Move your heart’. I chose its name because I believe that everything in life should be done because you love what you’re doing and are genuinely excited about it. How often did I miss out on amazing opportunities when I was younger because I doubted myself and didn’t follow through with what I enjoyed and wanted to achieve in life. The most important thing is that you’re in it with your whole heart and passion!
I’m the type of gal who loves sharing her passion and experiences related to products, conventions, travelling, technology and everything in between with the world.
I was born and grew up in Düsseldorf which is located in NRW, Germany. In school, I loved studying different languages and learning about different cultures and I still do! On the other hand, I never really enjoyed PE much and still try to find the perfect balance for workouts that are fun and effective. I’m not a certified health guru but recently I’ve started making healthier lifestyle choices and I’d love to take YOU with me on my journey. Maybe we could help each other out and be health/ fitness buddies? 😀
I love writing about things I love and enjoy. When inspiration strikes it makes my fingers itch and it’s difficult to to stop writing before another review, summary or advice column is finished. Trying new things and exploring places I haven’t been before is what motivates me. One of my mottos is ‘life begins outside of your comfort zone’! I try to challenge myself every day to do more of what makes me happy even if it might seem scary at first.
One of my mottos is ‘life begins outside of your comfort zone’! I try to challenge myself every day to do more of what makes me happy even if it might seem scary at first. On my blog, I help YOU (yes, that’s right) find out about new places, events, technology, food or products. If you’ve been wondering if things really work like advertised or if it’s worth spending money on you’re in the perfect place!
